Your new company
On behalf of our Client, an international company established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Customer Service Representatives with Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian/Danish.
Your new role
Holding this position you will work as a clients’ support. Your main duties will be connected with problem solving and giving exact advice, both on the highest level. You will be working mostly via e-mail and chat. Moreover, you are obliged to build a positive and desirable image of our Client’s company.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (C1 level) as well as in English (B2/C1 level). What is helpful to achieve success in this position is to possess extraordinary communication skills, self-motivation as well as high level of energy and client-orientation.
