On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company in Tricity, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of Customer Support with Chinese.
As a Customer Support with Chinese you will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization on general sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues. You will serve as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, commissions, order processing, credits, promotions, incentives and procedures and assist in problem solving all issues. Your duties will also include communicating pricing and product information to customers directly if necessary, consulting with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals and assisting in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes in a fair and consistent manner. Moreover, you will conduct product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals regarding content, pricing, and promotions and serve as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products and promotions. Additional responsibilities may include logistical support for national and regional sales meetings and other events as needed and completing administrative tasks as directed by Sales Operations management.
The ideal Candidate for this role will need ability to effectively communicate in business English (C1 level) and Chinese (C1 level). Comprehensive knowledge of business products and processes and solid understanding and experience with detailed technology projects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues as well as strong communication (written, oral, presentation), organizational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail are required. Moreover, to be successful on this position you will need previous experience with coordinating projects such as testing of incremental technology releases of application software and proven ability to take on multiple projects and see them to completion successfully. Experience with Sales Force would be a plus.
