JOB PURPOSE: Taking delivery ownership and responsibility for the overall P&L Contribution, SLA Compliance and NPS results of assigned accounts/deals worldwide.
- Ensuring correct and appropriate delivery implementation strategies, driving ongoing quality and profit optimization and being a principal influence of upselling initiatives
- Implementing Hemmersbach processes and standards to oversee prompt and correct invoicing and claim management handling
- Performing a role of an ambassador and leadership role model for the Hemmersbach culture as well as a trainer, mentor and senior for our SDM´s and GSDM´s
- Implementing the company’s annual BIG THREE goals as a suite of manageable, measurable and achievable tasks, which are incorporated into the team’s daily routine
- Reporting to Executive Partner
- Extensive (5+ years’) experience in running large (IT-service) international projects with full P&L responsibility
- Ability to conduct a microanalysis of operations and to identify and implement improvements
- Experience with the management of international clients
- University degree (ITIL and PM qualification advantageous)
- Perfect command of English
- Excellent negotiation, project and people management skills
