Dev Lead / Architect to Genomics Infrastructure

Stawka: 1100 - 1200 PLN MD

Requirements:

• MA/Eng. in Information Technology or relevant experience
• At least 8 years of experience in work related to IT software development, preferably as Java/full stack developer
• Fluency in at least one programming language and its frameworks (Java/Spring, JavaScript/Angular), back-end oriented strongly preferred
• Fluent English
• Experience in leading 8+ teams as a dev lead/tech lead
• Experience in architecting and designing solutions, preferably using microservices
• Very good knowledge of software engineering patterns,
• Good practices Hands-on experience in cloud-native systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in building effective APIs
• Very good knowledge and experience in software testing
• Knowledge of software quality tools and techniques
• Experience in implementing integrations

• Promote, implement and practice within the team best development practices addressing quality as highest concern.
• Lead the team towards refinement, design and implementation
• Resolving complex issues Deeply analyse the current architecture of the ecosystem -> design and propose options where and how to improve it, reduce complexity and tackle the difficulties in dependencies management
• Solving architecture problems regarding systems integration, performance, ensuring architectural consistency/coherence of our systems Leading discussions about proposed solutions with Product Owner and the team, justifying recommendations
• Propose options for a plan of a migration to cloud Technical requirements analysis and requirements confirmation with the Product Owner Support Product Owner in roadmap planning from the technical perspective
• Designing the agreed solution in collaboration with developers
• Help in creating tasks for developers
• Production issues analysis, proposing long term solutions to avoid such issues
