On behalf of our Client, global provider of innovative software solutions for the finance industry, we are currently seeking Candidates for Development Manager position.
Holding the position of Development Manager you will be responsible for carrying various areas of responsibility and tasks. This responsibility includes leading the delivery development teams towards projects implementation according to content, schedule, budget and quality agreed on with the customer. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementation of company development methodologies and enforces compliance in high quality.
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years professional experience in a development team, of which at least 3 years specific experience in managing development group. What is more, deep knowledge in Java/J2EE and OO technology is required. An ideal candidate for this position should have wide experience with management of development life cycle and development methodologies, strong analytical and problem solving skills. Willing to travel extensively and fluency in English is required.
