Responsible for high quality support for all business functions at Client’s sites running live on MS Dynamics AX ERP System in the EMEA region, specifically France, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa and UAE - 700 end users. The position also entails to develop the culture of continuous improvement across the organization by developing and implementing projects to work towards benchmarking and achieving optimum results.
Responsible for the functional support rendered to the end users which means issue resolution and continued training on improved processes
- Key conduit of communication between the AX Support Manager, and super users/end users
- Involved with the Business Transformation Team to analyze, design, develop, test and implement, the project portfolio for continuous improvement
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to the Business
- Relationship management and regular communication with all the stakeholders i.e. end users, super users, subject matter experts, vendors, is very essential
- Responsible to understand and monitor all AX related interfaces, which includes (but not limited to) Tax calculation engine, Payroll, Biztalk, Scales and the BI tools.
- Strong technical and functional skills, especially related to ERP (Dynamics AX) systems
- Multi-lingual, fluent in English, and other languages like French will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good listening skills
