Join our Aerospace Electronics team as Embedded Software Verification Engineer. We are seeking a skilled and passionate engineer to develop and test airborne embedded software for new generation of engine controllers.

Key Essential Functions:
  • Develop customer counterpart applications to efficiently test the functionality of new aircraft controllers
  • Responsible for requirements capture, analysis and design
  • Design, develop and verification of moderate to high complexity, highly integrated software systems
  • Developing and verification of embedded software running under Real-Time Operating System control
  • Performing unit testing, troubleshooting, software integration, verification and maintenance
  • Cooperate with System, Software, Hardware and Platform Engineers in the international teams
  • Stay abreast of new technologies
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must have:

    • 3 years+ of proven experience in embedded software development or verification
    • Experience authoring in C language
    • Experience in software verification for embedded systems
    • Experience using standard SW engineering tools (SCM e.g. Git, issue tracking e.g. Jira, IDEs)
    • Knowledge of scripting languages
    • Solid teamwork and communication skills
    • Effective communication skills in English
  • Would be a plus:

    • Experience in development and testing of applications for Real-Time Operating Systems
    • Knowledge of RTCA DO-178 or similar
    • Understanding of Safety Critical applications
    • Agile-based approach to SW development
    • Requirements based test experience
