EMEA Third Party Supplier Manager

Your role:
- management of 3rd Parties to agreed Contracts,
- 3rd Party System training and day to day IT support (OLP),
- KPI’s tracking & Corrective Action follow up,
- monthly Scorecard completion and analysis of trends,
- parts usage analysis and escalations,
- PO issuance and Invoice reconciliation,
- first point of contact for suppliers in case of day to day issues,
- ownership of issues to resolution,
- liaising between 3rd Party suppliers and Client,
- resolve Logistics issues between Poland and 3rd parties. Turkey, Ukraine, South Africa, Israel, Egypt.
- ability to travel.
Your profile:
- minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- proven experience leading supplier management,
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience with business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries, analysis
- proven ability to establish relationships and collaborate with a diverse set of internal and
external stakeholders - ability to drive work independently with key partners and client at multiple sites worldwide
- strong project management, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- proven ability to manage and mitigate risk while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are
achieved - demonstrated results orientation, implementing practices and processes that drive
accountability; willing to reexamine and adjust where necessary
You will be reporting to the Global Third Party Manager.
