Unified Communications team is part of Digital Workplace Subtower. Currently we are looking for people with SharePoint experience and also ones with general experience in Windows systems and SQL administration who are willing to evolve towards SharePoint technology. Successful candidates will be engaged in executing standard operations activities (providing wide support to customer SP farms) and also have the opportunity to participate in various projects e.g. migrations, transitions, developments.
Main responsibilities
- Provide administration of SharePoint Server 2007 – 2016
- Diagnosis of incidents, problems and change implementation
- Plan and installation of patches
- Performing periodic health checks of SharePoint environments
- Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint servers
- Proactive maintenance and preventive monitoring
- Cooperation and consulting with experts in other technical areas
- Participation in international projects and transitions of new services
- Keeping internal documentation up to date
- Knowledge sharing
- On-call service
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of one of the following products: SharePoint/ SQL/ IIS or other web services
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting system and application related issues
- Good working knowledge of SharePoint and SQL
- Familiarity with SharePoint farm topology and standard components
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008+ and SQL Server 2008+ administration
- Experience in service monitoring and maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Keen interest in IT with a strong desire to continually learn the latest technologies
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
- Good English (used on a daily basis, min. B1+)
