BIC Electric Sp. z o. o. is looking for candidates for the position of:
Fabrication Inspector
Place of work: Denmark
We are an international technical service provider with staff of over 130 technicians working globally and delivering services to industry and offshore energy sectors. Because of the recent increase in orders, we want to strengthen our project teams with experienced specialists who will cooperate with our customer – one of the leading energy groups in Europe.
Your main tasks will include:
Monitor production activities and production documentation as spot checks
- Monitor product quality and participate in FAI/FAT activities and audits
- Report non-conformities detected during inspection and test and manufacturing
- Report relevant quality issues in NCR system (eg. Synergi)
- Follow-up on condition and maintenance at supplier's storage area
- Follow-up on manufacturing progress according to agreed project manufacturing schedule
- Support in coordination, installation and random check of Employer's Deliveries
- Keep track of trend concerning repeated non-conformities and manufacturing errors and follow-up with the supplier concerning corrective and preventive actions
- Verify quality criteria applied by the supplier in manufacturing
- Documentation of daily work and inspections to WTG Fabrication & Quality Manager
- Prioritise participation in inspection and test activities for different components according to failure trends and criticality of failures
- Participate in inspection and test at sub-suppliers according to need to follow-up on non-conformities and errors originating from a sub-supplier
- Review quality related as-built documentation
- Highlight HSE related issues where relevant
You're the perfect candidate if you:
- Technical education relevant for the subject matter.
- Recommended 3 years of work experience within wind and/or manufacturing
- Recommended 1 year of experience from similar position
- Adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities
- Have good English skills in writing and verbally
- Are ready to relocate do Denmark for the longer period
