For our Client - big international company - leader on the market, we are looking for Finance Director
Responsibilities:
- Be a business partner for the Managing Director for Poland in managing Polish operations and the P&L account in order to maximize profitability
- Managing the Planning and Reporting function to ensure accurate planning of cash and other financial requirements to meet organisational needs
- Responsible for internal and external auditing of company results, reporting and processes
- Actively participate in company strategy development by providing proactively financial advice and business performance measures (pricing, costs, new investments)
- Analyse and provide opinions on new contracts and proposals
- Take responsibility for budgeting and planning activities
- Management of the Finance Team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, including 3 years as Finance Director
- Proficiency in IFRS or US GAAP
- BIG 4 audit background will be an asset
- Experience in construction sector
- University degree in Finance & Accounting (economics)
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Leadership and Mentoring Skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Budgeting and future planning skills
