FINANCE SERVICES COMPLIANCE MANAGER

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with supplier compliance team(s)
- Use the expertise to advice the financial services teams on compliance for other products
- Follow AML & Fraud Prevention processes and controls. Provide testing, assurance and oversight over the controls and processes on an ongoing basis (both desk based and on-site)
- Undertake regular store compliance visits
- Undertake regular desk based monitoring, analysing reports and MI to ensure money transfer activity is being undertaken in line with required policies & procedures
- Analysing data and Interpreting data skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management, record keeping, self-scheduling, follow-up
- Superior knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience of engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Previous compliance job experience preferred
- Fluent English required
