For our Client, international company with stable position on a market, we are looking for Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for managing the accounting and payroll processes that entails management of statutory and management accounting; ensuring compliance with Polish accounting/tax/VAT regulations; banking and cash management; and compliance with the company policies
- Has strong ability to learn local labor law, social insurance regulations and calculate employee compensation, payroll preparation and settle personal and corporate income tax
- Develop new and innovative analyses and approaches to problem solving that enhance the location/function’s capabilities
- Respond to management inquiries on financial policies, tools and ad-hoc reporting
- Develop and improve analytical models to better analyze group activities for internal functions and departments and provide them insights to improve the service metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent analytic thinking and problem solving skills
- Work collaboratively with others
- Clear communication, persuasive way which resonates with others to command an audience
- 3-5 years of Financial planning and reporting experience in a professional service environment
- Education: University degree, preferably in Finance field
