Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be working closely with the MD related to finance and acquisition of real estate and secure finance for projects to be developed by the company and also with the company’s HQ based in Prague, Czech Republic. He/she will be responsible for calculations with respect to development studies and acquisition analyses and IRR calculations, for creating models for calculation of commercial conditions and returns of a project. He/she will be in charge with the communication with the banks (liaising with banks regarding supply of information for the preparation of loan documentation, organizing draw downs, follow up on and fulfilling conditions subsequent and fulfill conditions precedent) and the audit team. The work will require close cooperation with the company´s CEO and CFO in the Czech Republic as well as Financial Manager, in Romania.

The candidate we are looking for has 3 to 5 years experience in financial analysis, a good understanding of corporate strategy and restructuring, is able to prepare the business and restructuring plans, it's loyal, hard-working and flexible. We are looking for advanced english speakers. Experience from real-estate it's an advantage.
