Due to further development, we are looking for experienced, result-driven and business-oriented professionals for the position of Chief Financial Officer. The role is responsible for developing and leading a high performing and complaint finance, tax, treasury, budgeting, cash management, HR- and IT-organisation
- Responsibility for strategic and operational management of financial, accounting, controlling, HR and IT areas
- Participate as a key leader in the business planning process and work with leadership and Group Board Members in the strategic planning and goal setting for the organisation. Participate in decision-making of any investments through providing detailed analytical costings and value-adding insight
- Providing Financial Management support throughout the Group to ensure accurate and timely reporting as well as advising on all financial aspects of the development of the location, county and region.
- Management, development of cost efficient financial operations and processes for business controlling, financial and management accounting, treasury, investments, risk management, taxation, auditing and credit controlling, legal, facility and asset management, stock / warehousing / logistics insurance issues
- Managing a team consisting of over 10 people
- Development of reporting systems and conducting monthly and on-going financial reporting to HQ
- Executing corporate policies and guidelines
- Co- operation with external and internal auditors
- Play active role in the management of the company
- Develop and implement new tools to aid in the effectiveness and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis
At lest 10 years of experience in financial management
- Master academic degree in finance and ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified
- Strong strategic, finance, administration and controlling experience and knowledge in production business
- Knowledge of ERP class system - SAP will be a strong asset
- Strong Analytical Skills
