Responsibilities:
- Leads development, maintenance, and unit tests for a software computer software configuration Item by utilizing software development environments
- Programming languages in order to implement design and satisfy allocated Requirements
Requirements:
- Recent experience with Python and\or JAVA\C#
- Experience in building FME ETL workflows that conform to production ready best practices for Logging, Auditing, Error Handling, Managing Bad Data and Data lineage
- Data Transformations within a ETL technology using Python, SQL , ESRI ArcPy
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Geospatial Transformation – GEOJson, CartoDB, K-Means, Nearest Neighbor, Anselin Local Moran's, Monte Carlo Simulation, Mantel Index, Standard Deviational Ellipse, ESRI/Oracle
- Other ETL tools to be considered: SSIS, Informatica
- Provides technical leadership for project management including schedules, plans, and estimates
- Experience with ESRI ArcSDE Framework
- Postgres + PostGIS extension RDBMS Framework, including SQL, DB, Procedures, Views,
