For our client, innovative, art & design, e-commerce company we are looking for

Frontend Developer, based in Berlin, Germany

Within this role you will write the best HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript code across a broad range of interactive web and mobile projects, share your knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI and test web services across multiple browsers and devices (including smartphones and tablets). The role also involves understanding Agile process and implementing best practices into the process and working with following technologies: Compass, BEM, core JavaScript, Prototype.js, gruntjs and a homegrown continuous integration pipeline.

Perfect candidate should hold at least Bachelor’s Degree, have at least 3 years of experience in Front-end development position and clean coding skills. The must-haves are also excellent JavaScript and HTML/CSS skills, experience with AJAX, cookie management and cross-domain scripting. You also must have DOM Tree manipulation skills, practical knowledge of differences between major browser engines (WebKit, Blink, Gecko etc.) You have to be familiar with SMACSS, BEM or OOCSS and experienced with CSS Preprocessors and modern automation tools like node.js, phantom.js, bower or grunt. Experience with Java, PHP or Python would be a huge asset.
