Job description
We are currently looking for people for the position of Capital Raising Specialist (Investment Hunting).
We expect great creativity and minimal knowledge of the above-mentioned business departments. In addition, we expect to experience and having your own base of investment funds, business "angels" and private investors / or skills in gaining such contacts and bringing to the final with success.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Searching for investment opportunities, raising capital for projects of partner’s companies.
- Monitoring the availability of funds for investment projects and financing current operations
- Advising on the selection of the optimal source of investment financing
- Preparation of complete presentations (e.g. pitch deck) - with the use of graphics
- Cooperation with financial institutions (optional)
Additionally (not necessarily):
- Preparation of complete applications for subsidies under investment programs ( application, business plan, feasibility study, collection, verification and preparation of necessary attachments)
- Comprehensive service of financing agreements as well as settlement and monitoring of transactions.
Requirements
- Min. -3-5 years of experience in obtaining funds for projects; experience in the banking or business sector is welcome
- Knowledge of financial products, ICO, STO and the rules of issuing shares on stock exchanges
- Knowledge of the subject of EU funds (not necessarily)
- Availability, diligence, creativity
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English (fluent)
- Driving license category B (CAR)
- Ability to deal with stressful situations

Employment rules:
- The minimum wage during the trial period is PLN 5000-10000 gross min/max 1 month
- We offer employment under an employment contract (umowa o pracę) after the trial period (duration of the trial period depends on the effects, min. 1 month).
- Possibility of employment under a B2B contract or a mandate contract.
- Possibility of remote work

Od 10000 do 30000 PLN
