General Ledger Leader

The tasks in this position include:
- Team management
- Setting current and long-term goals
- Preparing and analyze reporting pack(yearly or depends on needs)
- Participation in audits
- Implementation processes procedures
- Analyze of improvement area
- Motivating people to work
- Management of knowledge in SSC
- Closed cooperation with SSC Manager and the teams
Required knowledge and skills on the job:
- Seniority in Finance field above 7 years
- Managing people in the last 5 years
- Practical knowledge in the field of management accounting
- Knowledge related to IFRS area
- Speak fluent English
- System knowledge like SAP, Office package
- Experience in reports preparation and analyse
