German & English Speaking Specialist
On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of German & English Speaking Specialist
The successful Candidate will help clients by offering expert advice via phone and e-mail. Moreover, successful Candidate will manage to resolve client issues and assume ownership of functionality and data queries, ensure that customers are always kept up to date about the status of their query by providing effective and accurate follow ups, build internal and external client relationships through networking to facilitate quick and efficient resolutions and manage the customer relationship through the use of Customer Relationship Management tools (Service Cloud).
The ideal Candidate will have an excellent customer service skills, speak German and English languages fluently, has professional, polite and proactive attitude to work. To be successful on this position skills like applying critical thinking to analyze issues, paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time and processing quantitative data and solving problems are required.
