- Supporting Global Business team in Product department with their daily duties e.g. arrange calls, meetings, admin work.
- Supporting Manager and Team in delivering the annual plans
- Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers ensuring performance and business improvement for all parties
- Ensuring the successful cooperation with other departments e.g.in-market commercial teams, capability managers, Global finance teams on reporting
- Support the whole team on current projects and ad-hoc tasks e.g. preparing presentations, arrange and take part in meetings and workshops
- Acting as an Ambassador of the Global Business Unit both externally and internally so helping to build the brand
- Previous experience in similar position would be an asset
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Masters degree
- Ability to engage and influence on stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Ability and positive mindset to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Creativity, ability to multitask
- Ability to work in cross-cultural teams, team spirit
