Kabel-Technik-Polska, a PKC Group company with well-established position in market is operating in Poland since 1997, is searching for a smart and motivated individual to take on the role of:
flexible, preferred Czaplinek, Drawsko Pomorskie, Białogard or Tczew, Poland
(considered home office/part time)
- Optimization and globally deployment common tools and methods, drive improvements;
- Ensuring of data integrity, proper analysis and reporting;
- Planning and executing training of new processes and systems to entire Supplier Development/SQA organization globally. Mentoring and professionally support the functionally assigned global SQA/SD teams;
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance to all required processes;
- Ensuring that major processes / systems changes are reviewed and verified with key stakeholders via cross-functional teams;
- Global job scope – responsibility for 4 entities in Poland, United Kingdom and United States.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines will be considered;
- Technical background with experience within manufacturing and process control;
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management / Supplier Development / Supplier Quality Assurance;
- Strong understanding of: QMS, Process approach, ISO, TS16949, IATF 16949, Technical quality audits, APQP, LEAN principles, Six Sigma tools and methodologies;
- Global mindset and excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate across of levels in the organization;
- Highly developed writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on diverse teams located in different geographical locations;
- Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan efficiently in developing effective systems and processes;
- Excellent English communication skills, other languages will be an asset;
- Willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%).
