Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Position Description:

Omega Resource Group plc is an 11 year old UK owned award winning business and through recent investment is looking to strengthen its position on the Polish market as a high-end, customer focussed, professional and ethical recruitment solutions provider and is looking to take on its first tranch of Trainee Graduate Recruiters

With experience on the Polish market since 2005, Omega Resource Group plc S.A. can provide the ideal environment for identifying and training graduates who have the propensity to become strong Recruiters.

Our end goal is to achieve true consultant status, providing training on quality 'candidate management' techniques, ensuring that we consult properly with each and every potential candidate to increase interview effectiveness and interview to placement ratios with a view to starting a successful career in a highly rewarding industry.

Expectations:

All potential candidates must have graduated from University and be able to demonstrate key listening and understanding skills where empathy, ability to influence and being proactive are all useful traits of the job.
Candidates must also have the capability to understand and interpret technical information. All applications must be in English.
