Opis stanowiska
- manage all activities in the finance & controlling department of the plant
- lead team of up to 5 employees in the finance & controlling department
- prepare and coordinate budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, variance analysis
- provide meaningful information for other stakeholders for quick informed decision making
- reporting to Group CFO Poland
- scope of activities : mechanical processing, automotive
- size : 1,000+ FTE plant, approx 100,000 m2 area
Wymagania
- 5+ years similar experience (head of controlling, plant controller, finance manager, cfo)
- ACCA, CFA or similar degree is an advantage
- Fluent English and Polish is a must, German is an advantage
