Your new company
Our client, a premium brand, is currently setting up a new Global Business Services Centre in Tricity. The Centre is in the start-up phase right now but supposed to grow to up to 500 FTE within the next couple of years. The Hub will have truly global reach, collaborating with businesses in Europe, the US, South America, Asia and the Middle East. 

Your new role
The Head of Finance Operations will be the "right hand" to the Managing Director of the GBS Centre, holding responsibility for complex end-to-end F&A processes within the new Centre. The role will build and manage the Finance Operations department in order to deliver high class services to the business and stakeholders. The emphasis is on providing top quality leadership and ensure effectiveness, efficiency and compliance. The position will contribute to the long term growth strategy of the Hub. 

What you'll need to succeed
We are interested in applications from senior professionals with a proven track record in a similar role, managing complex finance processes, such as GL, AP, AR, Controlling and Taxes. Experience in process design management and process improvement is required. The chosen candidate should be a Finance expert, ideally possessor of ACCA, CIMA, CPA certificate or Big 4 experience. People management experience is a must-have (50+ FTE).
