For our client that is building a Shared Services Center in Central Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Center Head in order to ensure delivery of high-quality services and optimization of processes and workflows.
Reporting to the Global Head of Shared Services the chosen candidate will be responsible for driving customer service excellence across all departments and ensure adherence with corporate guidelines. This function will implement continuous process improvement by choosing the respective methodologies and technologies and consequently increase degree of improvement, standardization and automation within the organization.
Moreover this role will be responsible for the overall management, motivation, training and development of personnel as well as putting into practice a strong leadership team that strengthens corporate culture as well as knowledge and employee retention in a long-term perspective.
Last but not least the chosen candidate will play a vital part in implementing the buildup of SSCs in different regions as well as develop best practices and process excellence in order to ensure that an efficient SSC service scope is in place.
Our client is interested in individuals with experience in managing delivery within organizations or large departments in the SSC/BPO sector. We are looking for Center Heads or very experienced Process Managers. Wide people management experience is a must as well as project management and process improvement experience. Our client expects solid knowledge of SAP, process improvement education/certification would be nice to have. Due to the international scope fluent English and cross-cultural mindset is essential.
