Your new company
On behalf of our Client, international manufacturing company, we are looking for the person for the position of HR Business Partner.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for conducting recruitment processes, talent management, leadership development and performance management. HR Business Partner will be also responsible for identifying and preparing development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. The key role on this position will be building a valuable relationship with internal clients and transferring requests and solutions to and from the business unit, as well monitor and consolidate HR KPI’s.
What you'll need to succeed
From the Candidate we require min. 2 year of experience on similar position in Human Resources Department. Fluent English and very good knowledge of labour law is a must. Moreover, we seek Candidates with analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Preferable Candidate should be a highly communicative, well organized person and a team player.
