For one Fortune 100 company, key player in its field of activity with over 100,000 employees we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, located in the west side of the country.
The Human Resources Generalist will cover a wide range of human resource processes in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives, having end-to-end ownership of service delivery.
Main responsibilities include assignments in areas as staffing, training, employee/labour relations, communication, compensation management, actively partnering with business leaders, line managers and team leaders in support of country and business objectives.
Moreover, the HR Generalist will participate in identifying and developing employee skills to support business needs, coach employees, supervisors and leaders in addressing interpersonal and behavioural challenges, as well as will ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are implemented within the Romanian branch and clearly communicated, understood and followed throughout the business.
Preferred Candidate should have bachelor's degree in Human Resources, 3+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on labour and employee relations in a large scale business environment. Fluency in Romanian and English is a must and computer skills (MS Office) should be at an advanced level.
