Research, analyze and maintain information system related human resources administration and projects

Monitor information needs to meet changing requirements

Responsible for administration of Asseco- maintenance and ensure data integrity

Provide support and guidance relating to business systems: Succes Factors, Workcell Staff Allocation, Płatnik and other local HR systems

Act as HR functional project team lead for Plant HR strategic systems initiatives
-
Evaluate and make recommendations on the implementation of business process improvements

Understand state and local labor laws and regulatory/governmental compliance requirements
-
Work with local HR Reps to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate
-
Assist with cross functional global initiatives-development of project plans, communications, and status updates
-
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
-
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
-
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
-
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
-
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
-
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software

Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages, including Microsoft Excel and Word
