For our Client, international company we are looking for Candidates willing to work and develop on a position:

Prepare testing working papers as per annual SOX plan and/or ad-hoc request

Providing expertize and identification of the potential improvements in the internal control frameworks for internal clients

Identifying and assessing risk categories in the areas of the company
-
Leading the engagements; providing the quality assurance reviews of the team’s deliverables
-
Support the documentation and walkthrough phase for IC improvement initiatives/new SOX roll-outs upon request
-
Execute other, agreed upon procedures within the internal control / risk management / process design areas

Ensure that audit procedures are appropriate, timely and effective.

Minimum of 2 years related work experience in corporate internal audit, including financial audits required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Communicative level of English and French/Dutch (B1)

An understanding of internal auditing standards, knowledge of SEC regulations and reporting

Knowledge of accounting, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements, COSO Framework, GAAP, audit and internal controls methodology and tools

Analytical and critical thinking skills
-
Experience in process/controls design and/or testing over operational effectiveness is an asset

A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of SOX will be an advantage

Willingness to work within an international environment and open for frequent business trips (Western Europe) (75%)
