IF YOU:
- have graduated from a university with a Master degree
- have max. 3 years of work experience
- speak English and Polish fluently
- have a track record of extracurricular activities
- have mobility within the country and abroad
* extra international experience during or after studies welcome
DURING 2 YEARS YOU WILL:
- gain extensive experience in international trade company within different areas (Buying, Finance, Operation, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
- learn how business in global environment looks like (program involves 9 months of training abroad)
- develop your cross-functional cooperation (spend few months in Store)
- lead your own projects and make an impact to a real business
- get regular feedback about your progress and competencies (mentorship and coaching will be provided by our top managers)
- receive a work contract with an attractive benefit package

STEP 2 - Country Assessment Center (Warsaw)
STEP 3 - Presentation to the Board Members (Warsaw)
STEP 4 - International Assessment Center (one of Metro Group Countries) – costs will be covered by MAKRO
Already during the second step, you will have the opportunity to participate in the training. In addition, taking care of your condition on this challenging day, we will be happy to invite you for lunch prepared by our Chefs.
The International Management Program starts officially in September, however in the meantime, we are ready to offer job contracts for the best Participants of our country AC.
