Temporary contract for 6-12 months
EDI team is concentrating on developing, implementing and supporting electronic data interchange in Supply Chain Management processes within Convenience with plans to expand responsibility to the rest of SFR’s business areas. We are looking for a candidate for IT Specialist - EDI to strengthen the team working with growing demand for EDI with our business partners. The position is located in Warsaw and will support Business Units in all countries where SFR is present. The position is part of Business Services team located in IT Operations Infrastructure.
Main tasks are be Production Support and include (but are not limited to):
- Daily monitoring of the EDI solution for European countries ensuring successful transmissions,
- Implementation of new EDI partners and solutions according to SFR guidelines,
- Work closely with internal and external teams on incident and problem resolution as needed,
- Maintain a high level of customer service, and provide creative solutions to develop/improve processes.
From a successful candidate we expect:
- Familiarity with EDI standards (EDIFACT, UBL) and systems (Biztalk, Oracle Fusion),
- Technical experience (scripting, SFTP, basic SQL, XML, VisualBasic),
- Accuracy and diligence to ensure trustworthy and reliable solutions,
- Willingness to go beyond technical aspects to adopt customer's view and respond to business needs,
- Communicative English and excellent communication skills.
