For our Client, an international organization, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of IT Support with German or French
Duties:
- Provide IT support to German or French speaking customers
- Identify and solve hardware/software/network problems via telephone/email/chat/web
- Sustain high level of customer service
- Prepare records and reports
Requirements:
- Communicative/good German or French skills in speech and writing (B2 level)
- English skills will be an asset
- Relevant professional experience will be an asset
- Very good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good knowledge of Windows and MS Office
