Job Description
ITIL Expert/Specialist will be responsible formanaging ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices. Person on this positionshould be focused on one of the following areas: Problem Management. IncidentManagement, Change Management, Configuration Management.
Main Tasks:
- Providing Incident/Problem/Change Management tasks in accordance with global and local requirements
- Manages the process issues across international environment and external suppliers to meet the local SLAs
- Support reporting - KPIs and customer SLAs
- Cooperation with Global Management in identyfing and planning process improvement
- Participation in Global management team to standardize enabling off-shore targets
- Master's degree in Information Technology
- Minimum one year experience as a Incident/Problem/Change Manager
- Experience in work according to ITIL procedures
- Ability to speak English (German or French will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000 (certification not required, but is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
- Excellent ability to manage priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bydgoszcz
- High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
