We are looking for SW Engineers to support our Element Manager team in our GSM Base Station SW Development programs. You would be responsible for implementing and testing new features to support our customer programs. In your role you would work in close co-operation to local program people and our selected sw collaborators and provide support for more junior engineers where required.
Overall responsibility of specified entities ( e.g. features). Plans, designs and executes items in own area. Coordinates activities within own responsibility area. Has developed specialist knowledge in one area. Coaches other team members in solving basic engineering problems. Solves complex engineering problems of own technology area. Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects. May undertake technical training responsibilities.
Must have:
- GUI development
- JAVA version 1.5 with Swing framework
- Windows Platform Development
- Understanding of SW processes
- Familiar with SW Version Handling
- Advanced skills in English
- Can take initiative
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Highly motivated for continuous improvement
