For our Client, international company with stable position on a market, we are looking for Business Junior Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Enter data regarding new candidate profiles and job descriptions into both our web-based information management tools and our proprietary Access database
- Edit and update existing information in these same systems as necessary
- Collaborate with the global team regarding ongoing process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Cultivate, analyze and report on a variety of key metrics
- Analyze data from Excel spreadsheets to update PowerPoint slides/reports based on requests
- Support the current global Analyst Team with regular research, queries and reporting
Requirements:
- BA degree
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, Access would be an additional asset
- 1-3 years of administrative/reporting experience
- Quality mindset and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills including analytical thinking and practical judgment
