- Remote troubleshooting of end users devices (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers)
- Troubleshooting and resolving Windows 7/10 operating system issues
- Basic maintenance of Microsoft (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, MS Intune) or Citrix/VMware technologies
- Maintaining system documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of all Windows platforms (Win7, Win10)
- Basics of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- Basics of Office365 administration
- Knowledge of one or more: Active Directory, Citrix, VMware Horizon, MS Intune, MS Exchange/Sharepoint, MS System Centre suite of products
- Basic knowledge about networking
