Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. They are currently building a new department and they have job vacancies for new Junior Specialists.

Your new role
Working on this position you will research negative behaviours on customer’s accounts and determine what action is necessary to reduce further losses to the company. Activities to be researched incl. excessive claims of non-receipt of merchandise, ordering without remittance, empty box returns, multiple box returns and all other cost intensive behaviours/activities. Investigation of customer’s account could result in coaching the customer or closing the account. Working on this position you will also audit customer service customer issued refunds via a sample of an audit report to ensure inappropriate refunds are not being provided to customers. You will also answer customer inquiries either in written or verbal form.

What you'll need to succeed
You speak good English (min. B2). You possess good knowledge of Excel and Word. Your experience in working in customer service will be beneficial, but is not crucial, as process training will be provided. Your understanding of impact of customer satisfaction to market revenues will lead to your success.
