Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. They are currently building a new department and they have job vacancies for new Junior Specialists.
Your new role
Working on this position you will review suspicious orders on reports and determine in the system if the person ordering is a fraud or not. You will perform designated customer account research and investigation that requires sound judgment. You will contact external parties (banks, cardholders) and utilize system tools to determine if order is legitimate. Your work will require confidentiality in dealing with personal information (such as credit card numbers). You will prevent losses to the company by identifying and stopping fraudulent shipments, while maintaining a sense of urgency required to fulfil legitimate orders before the shipping deadline passes. You will answer phone calls from a dedicated line into the Risk area from cardholders whose information has been compromised. Your job will require patience and excellent communication skills for diffusing irate customers and handling escalated issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You speak good English (min. B2). You possess good knowledge of Excel. Your experience in working in fraud, customer service or finance will be beneficial, but is not crucial, as you will receive extensive training due to the critical nature of job responsibility. Your strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and ability to make quick decisions using sound judgment with limited supervision will lead to your success.
