Junior Supply Coordinator

Temporary position for 1 year

The Junior Supply Coordinator will be located in Warsaw, Poland and will report to the Director Supply Operations Europe as a part of Transport Fuel Sourcing located in Norway. The Junior Supply Coordinator will be involved in development and daily routines of the Supply Operations tasks and work with timely and cost efficient supply of fuel products throughout Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and order LPG, distillates, gasoline, and additive/bio components for the Polish market
• Prepare monthly fuel volumes nominations
• Handling invoice and payments
• Stock management and primary logistics handling
• Run & control predefined analysis and reports
• Participate in relevant improvement projects

Requirements

• Work experience within accounting or supply chain management, preferably in an international organization
• Good communication and cooperation skills, ability to engage and motivate
• University degree in Business-/ Logistics Management or related field
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
• Organized, goal-oriented and proactive personality
• Fluent English language skills both in speech and writing
• Advanced user of MS Office
