Would you like to work for a leading recruitment organisation providing top class services from Poland into international markets?

In order to support our rapid growth in Europe and our expanding business needs, Futurestep is opening an International Recruitment Centre in Warsaw, Poland.  We have an ambitious plan to quickly build a team of 40 recruitment professionals delivering senior-level recruitment campaigns to several Western European countries.

For the role of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialists Futurestep is looking for talented high-potential candidates with very strong language skills and an interest in joining the recruitment industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join a proactive recruitment team and will assist Futurestep Consultants throughout Europe by identifying candidates for senior positions through various talent acquisition methods including direct search, internet and database mining, and professional networking. You will be offered an intense training program, and by working with the top professionals of the European recruitment industry you will have an opportunity to develop advanced recruitment skills and build your career in a unique international environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Applying various research methodologies to identify senior level candidates in the language-specific international markets
  • Execute talent search strategies using the most appropriate channels and industry-leading technology solutions
  • Preselect candidates for specific career opportunities
  • Track market developments relating to people and companies
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree educated or an external student available for a full-time engagement
  • Brave and self-confident
  • Strong willingness to learn and show personal abilities
  • Solid experience with internet
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service ethics
  • Very strong language skills (in one of the following language combinations):
  • a) Fluent English
  • b) Fluent French and at least good English
  • c) Fluent German and at least good English

  • Additional knowledge of another European language (both Western- and Eastern-European) will be considered an important advantage
