Obowiązki:
Aktywne pozyskiwanie Kandydatów na pracowników z Polski i Ukrainy
Rekrutacja telefoniczna i bezpośrednia pracowników niskiego szczebla/ zleceniobiorców
Aktywne poszukiwanie kandydatów (organizacja targów, giełdy pracy, ulotki, plakaty, udział w eventach, oraz inne działania marketingowe w ramach procesu rekrutacyjnego)
Tworzenie i weryfikacja dokumentów niezbędnych do zatrudnienia
Tworzenie raportów oraz zestawień na potrzeby wewnętrzne firmy
