Zadania:
Do zakresu obowiązków osoby na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
spotkania z Klientami w Niemczech, określanie zapotrzebowania na pracowników i dokładnych oczekiwań Klientów względem współpracy,
rekrutacja pracowników tymczasowych dla Klienta (spawaczy, pracowników produkcji, sprzątaczy, brygadzistów, sprzedawców) i opieka nad pracownikami delegowanymi,
dbanie o przepływ informacji pomiędzy Klientem zagranicznym a centralą.
Wymagania:
bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (warunek konieczny),
doświadczenie w prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska produkcyjne,
dyspozycyjność i mobilność, gotowość do wyjazdów do Niemiec (minimum raz w tygodniu – warunek konieczny),
silne nastawienie na realizację celów,
czynne prawo jazdy.
