Responsibilities:
- Leading all Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities within the Manufacturing and logistics areas;
- Ensuring that the key principals of manufacturing excellence are embedded and ultilised continuously;
- Implementing Lean manufacturing principals in the plant;
- To identify and lead projects which represent significant cost savings and process improvement opportunities;
- Coaching and training of the plant employees in process improvement;
- Build continuous improvement and Lean culture;
- Supporting the plant to identify KPI improvements.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in production industry on similar role;
- Practical knowledge of lean tools and methods.
- Communicative English;
- Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt) or Kaizen Coach will be an advantage;
- Very good understanding of production processes (with focus on operations improvements);
- Excellent communication skills.
