Your new company
Our Clients is an international shared service center located in Kraków

Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for coordination of all assigned learning programs and courses and managing the booking of all internal or external locations, including accommodation, logistics, facilities and materials for trainers, facilitators and participants. You will also be setting up programs and courses on the learning management system and manage training data to enable thorough participation and cancellation reporting and managing strong relationships with all internal clients and stakeholders by taking care of their expectations through effective delivery. What is more you will be responding to client requests via email and phone acting as a second level support contact on day-to-day training administration and delivery matters and supporting Learning Coordinators with various ad-hoc projects related to learning administration

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with very good command of English (C1 level) willing to start their career in HR/administration area in the international environment. Any previous experiences in customer service/ administration/ HR area will be a plus.
