Job Description:
License to Lead is an AtoS internal leadership development program.
The main responsibility of the License To Lead Manager is the implementation of the program in Big Data and Security (BDS) organization.
Main duties are related to:
- Manage the License to lead program globally
- Align steps in the program within organization
- Engage and coach managers
- Implement development soft side HR tools selected for the program
- Coordinate the creation of relevant material for the program
- Cooperate with other License To Lead Managers to continuously improve the program
Job Requirements:
- Proved expertise in soft side HR competency with strong focus on people development
- Organizational management capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English spoken and written
- TOEIC certification would be a plus
- MS Office package knowledge
