Delivery center are ableto monitor and follow customers environments with the help specific tools.Those tools are IBM's delivery ''Infrastructure'' known as SMI this servicecover 2nd, and 3rd suport level.
Typical activities include:
- Install,deploy and maintain monitoring tools.
- Install,deploy and maintain tracking tools.
- Install,deploy and maintain business facilitation tools.
- Technical Diploma
- English:Intermediate
- At least 2 years experience in Mainframe (zSeries)
- At least 6months experience in Tivoli System Automation for z/OS and Tivoli Netview forz/OS products
- Basic knowledge in JCL, REXX
- Basic knowledge in Ability to work in TSO, ISPF, SDSF
- Advanced knowledge of Tivoli System Automation for z/OS and Tivoli Netview for z/OS products
- Ability to keep night and weekend service
- At least 1year experience in Tivoli System Automation for z/OS and Tivoli Netview forz/OS products
- At least 6 months experience in Tivoli Workload Scheduler
- At least 6 months experience in Ability to work in TSO, ISPF, SD
