Managing Director
Main responsibilities:
- Managing everyday operational activities of the company;
- Developing and implementing ideas that improve the efficiency of everyday processes within the company (information management systems, business process as such etc.);
- Coordinating integration of the IT systems for the Poland market;
- Participating in development and implementation of marketing strategy of the company;
- Providing periodic market researches and overview of the tendencies in the market;
- Analyzing and evaluating the operating results of the company;
- Representing the company and coordinating relations with third parties;
- HR management and employee recruitment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent field;
- Critical mind, project management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills;
- Experience in e-commerce will be regarded as an advantage.
