Our Client is an International leader operating within the construction sector which has a substantial market share in Europe. Broadening further expansion with ambitious plans for rapid growth both locally and internationally the Company is looking to hire an exceptional individual to take the Managing Director role in Poland. The purpose of the role will be to focus on development of the Company profits to achieve higher margins and explore new market segments. Based in Poland, the successful candidate will be in charge of Poland and several markets across Eastern Europe.
- Be responsible for the general management and implementations of strategies for the Polish operation
- Develop and implement the vision for further growth to increase market shares
- Continue the Company growth to achieve maximum profitability in few years timeframe
- Set up and monitor short and long term objectives to assure accurate execution
- Maintain unparalelled customer service policy along with the Group standards
- Be responsible for the budget and for the entire Group
- Minimum ten years of experience in similar industry at senior level as Managing Director, Sales Director with a strong Sales backround gained in a construction business or fastening equipment
- Proven track record of business development of mid sized companies or groups
- Experience in management structures where highest customer service are primar goals
- International experience with a focus on CEE markets highly desired
- Entrepreneurial drive, high integrity with an honest and reliable mindset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Market and result oriented approach
- Impressive academic background
- Fluent in English and Polish is a must, Russian or German is a plus
