AllRight is an online English school for children from 4 years. We have 7,000 students worldwide, including in Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Poland, Argentina, Chile. We plan significant growth in Poland, and therefore we are looking for a marketing manager who knows the specifics of the digital market in Poland and is able to build an effective system to attract new customers in the Polish market.

We plan significant growth in Poland, and therefore we are looking for a marketing manager who knows the specifics of the digital market in Poland and is able to build an effective system to attract new customers in the Polish market.
Duties:
- development of the marketing strategy: budget planning and advancing the split budget between channels
- launch advertising activities from the idea to the implementation and performance evaluation in order to receive leads (applications for a trial lesson) and sales.
- search and launch new traffic sources and customers
Wymagania
- native Polish-speaking
- experience in educational products marketing
- number of sales per month based on the results of launched advertising activities
- average sales receipt
We are looking for a specialist on an hourly basis, and are also ready to discuss additional bonuses for achieving KPI.
